Serpent Skin Camo Return Policy
Returns & Exchanges Serpent Skin Camo LLC accepts returns or exchanges due to sizing, manufacturing defect or shipping damage and must be within 45 days of purchase date. Please include a copy of your original packing slip for all returns and exchanges. Also include your shipping address, phone number and email address.
Sizing Returns/Exchanges
- Must have original hang tag still attached to the product.
- Email us at customerservice@serpentskincamo.com and include instructions specifying the size you would like to exchange for.
- If we do not have the size you need to exchange for in stock you will receive a refund for the purchase price of the item through PayPal.
- There will be shipping charges for all exchanges which will be handled through PayPal.
Manufacturers Defect or Product Shipping Damage Returns/Exchanges
- Email a description of the defect or damage with a close-up picture if possible to: customerservice@serpentskincamo.com with the subject line “Product Returns”.
- We will review the information and instruct you further.
- If it is determined that the defect or damage is due to manufacturing or shipping, you will need to return the damaged item and then you will receive a replacement shipped to you at no cost with a standard refund on the return shipping through PayPal
